Staff at St Margaret Mary’s are encouraged to nurture their faith and understanding through opportunities including further study in religious education and theology, prayer and reflection, retreats, pilgrimages and other faith formation activities. These opportunities are all designed to allow the staff to reflect upon how the teachings of the Gospel are relevant to their own lives. Staff pray together, contribute to Catholic charity initiatives and strive to be a model of Christ in their daily interactions with every community member and visitor to our school.
